Browser support for Flash varies among browsers and what was good today is completely broken the next week. Honestly I just use Flash on Chrome/Windows. Save yourself time and use what I use.
I used to maintain a FAQ section about game troubleshooting. You could take a look at it. The instructions here, however, are more actively maintained.
Regrettably, Flash is an end-of-life technology and no browser will support it by the end of 2020. If that's the current date, there's your answer. But lighten up. Developers will always find a way to get these things to work. Come back here some other time. Maybe some viable method to play this content has been discovered by then. Stay tuned!
