What a busy year. Stretched thin to the very last week, but at least I managed to complete this last illustration. While the AI-generated content hype is at an all-time high, and I did some experiments with the considerable leaps in quality seen this year, I still enjoy sitting back and taking on the challenge of drawing stuff myself.

The art easel stands were modeled using Blender. That was going to be the extent of it, but when I asked AI to generate an art studio background, it gave me a one-point perspective scene that did not match the camera angle I had in mind for Delia and Leika. Still, it was a nice scene, so I decided to model it in Blender, render it at the angle I wanted, and paint it myself. I am sure there is an easier way to get this result, but that was the most time I could afford for this little experiment.
