Instead of going on with the usual bickering joke, I was thinking of Iris warming up to Ciel and seeing her in a more compassionate light. As for Ciel, I guess she does not feel very comfortable being treated like a little girl. I really have no idea why Iris looks startled though. It was just a practice sketch that came up funny and I decided to color it in.
